Scripture: “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28
Reflection: God never asked you to do everything perfectly. He simply asks you to come to Him. Lay down the pressure, the anxiety, and the exhaustion. His presence is where true rest is found.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, I thank You for the mercy that You graciously give. Today, I lay every burden at Your feet. I surrender every thing that is holding be down from being who You have called me to be. I lay down the fear, the anxiety, the depression, the pressure, the exhaustion at Your feet; and will rest in Your presence knowing I am Your child and You have Your hand upon me to give me trust rest and peace. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
