Scripture: “The Lord is my Shepherd; I have what I need. He lets me lie down in green pastures; he leads me beside the quiet waters. He renews my life; he leads me along the right paths for his name sake. Even when I go through the darkest valley, I fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff– they comfort me.” Psalm 23:1-4

Reflection: Psalm 23 reminds us that the Lord is not just powerful– He is personal. As our Shepherd, He provides what we need, leads us into rest, and restores our weary souls. Even when life takes us through the dark valleys, we are never alone. His presence guards us, guides us, and gives us peace.

God doesn’t wait for the battle to end to bless us. He prepares a table even in the presence of our enemies, reminding us that fear does not have the final word. His goodness and mercy don’t merely follow us– they pursue is all our days. When we trust the Shepherd, we can walk with confidence, knowing we are held, led, and loved.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, help me to trust You as my Shepherd. Lead me, restore me, and give me peace as I follow You. In Jesus Name, Amen.
