Scripture: “Your eyes saw me when I was formless; all my days were written in your book and planned before a single one of them began.” Psalm 139:16

Reflection: Before anyone ever spoke your name, God already knew it. Before you took your first breath, God had already written your story. Psalm 139:16 reminds us that our lives are not accidental, rushed, or overlooked. Even when we were unseen by the world, formless and hidden, God’s eyes were already upon us. This Psalm is a beautiful declaration of God’s intimate involvement in every season of our lives. Our days were not written as an afterthought or adjusted as life unfolded. They were planned with purpose, intention, and care. That truth brings comfort when life feels uncertain when we question our direction.

There are moments when we feel behind, forgotten, or unsure if we’re doing “enough.” But God is not surprised by where you are today. He has already seen every victory, every struggle, every prayer whispered through the tears. None of it is wasted. Even the chapters that feel incomplete are part of story He lovingly authored. When fear tries to convince you that you’ve missed your calling or that your life lacks meaning, return to this promise: your days are known by God. He is not scrambling to fix your future– He is faithfully walking with you through a plan already written in love.

Let this truth quiet your heart today. You are seen. You are known. You are intentionally created by a God who has never lost sight of you– not even for a moment.

Prayer: Lord, thank You for knowing me completely and loving me deeply. When I feel unsure, remind me that my life is held in Your hands and my days are written by You. Help me to trust Your good plan, even when I cannot see what is ahead. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
